This website is operated by BlueFlow Agency. Company registration details, legal entity information and a registered address will be added here once finalized.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, website, advertising budget range (if given), the service you're interested in, and your message.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not require you to create an account to use this site.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, evaluate whether we're a good fit to work together, and schedule a strategy call if relevant.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing to third parties.

We use Resend to deliver contact form notifications by email, and Vercel to host this website. These providers may process your information (such as your IP address and the content of your submission) solely to deliver that functionality.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tools. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain basic business records, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@blueflowagency.com.

We may update this policy as the business grows. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
